01Who you book with

Your trip is arranged and operated by our Maldives office — PearlBridge Maldives, a family-run travel company based in the Maldives. You contract directly with our Maldives office for your stay. PearlBridge connects you with the right resort and supports you before, during, and after your trip.

02Quotes and confirmation

Every trip starts with a written, itemized quote — resort, room type, dates, transfers, meal plan, and the total price, with any resort-specific terms shown on it. Nothing is booked and nothing is due until you confirm that quote. Once you confirm and your booking is made, you receive a written booking confirmation.

03Payment

You pay our Maldives office directly, by bank transfer or card. No deposit is required to reserve; full payment is due 30 days before arrival. We charge no booking or service fee — you pay the resort’s rate, nothing more.

We never act as a middleman holding your money — your payment goes straight to the office that operates your trip.

Some resorts and peak-season rates carry stricter terms; where they apply, those terms are shown on your quote and take precedence. To cancel, just message us — refunds are returned by the same method you paid.

05Changes

Want to change dates, resort, or travelers? Tell us as early as you can. Changes depend on resort availability and any rate difference; resort change fees, if any, are shown to you before you confirm the change.

06Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care, and evacuation. The Maldives is remote — insurance protects you against the unexpected.

07Passports and visas

Most visitors receive a free visa on arrival (typically 30 days), and your passport should be valid for your stay. Requirements can change — check your country’s current guidance before you travel. Keeping your travel documents in order is your responsibility.

08Our role

PearlBridge acts as your agent and point of contact. Resorts, transfers, and on-island services are provided by the resorts and operators themselves, who are responsible for delivering those services.

09Privacy

We use your details only to plan and support your trip. See our Privacy Policy.
