The short version: we use your details to plan your trip, we share them only with the resort and operators serving your booking, and we never sell them. The full version follows.

When you enquire or book, we collect what we need to help you: your name and contact details, travel dates, who’s traveling, your preferences and budget, and — once you book — the passport details resorts and transfer operators require for check-in and seaplane or speedboat manifests.

02How we collect it

Directly from you: through the enquiry forms on this website, on WhatsApp, by email, or over a call. We don’t buy data about you and we don’t track you around the internet.

03How we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare your quote, make and manage your booking, support you during your trip, and follow up afterwards. If you’d rather not hear from us after your trip, say so — that’s the end of it.

04Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to deliver your trip: the resort you’re booked into, and the transfer operators getting you there.

05Where it lives and how long we keep it

Your details live in our booking records, email, and WhatsApp conversations. We keep booking records for as long as bookkeeping rules require. If you’d like your details removed sooner, ask — we’ll delete whatever we’re not legally required to keep.

06Cookies

This website uses the basic cookies it needs to function, plus simple visit statistics that help us understand how the site is used. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

07Your choices

Ask us any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we’ll sort it out.

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date below.
